Keke Palmer recently starred in the new Nickelodeon True Jackson VP movie “Trapped In Paris.” She spoke with J-14 magazine about the movie afterward. Read an excerpt from the interview below:
J-14: What was your favorite scene to film in Trapped in Paris?
We were doing like a lot of Scooby-Doo type of stuff! If we just said, ‘C’mon gang once, it would be like a Scooby-Doo movie. I have to say one of the things that we did that was really funny was when Matt [Shivley] jumped through the wooden wall to get to the other side because we were locked out, and he jumped through with his head. We all poked our heads out and looked at once and were like, ‘Are you alright?’ And then we jumped through. That was pretty awesome.
J-14: True dresses up as a flight attendant in the movie — have you ever done something crazy like that with your friends?
I wish I could! You’ve got to be really bold to dress up like a flight attendant. Ever since all of this stuff has happened with the planes, it’s hard for you to even walk in with regular clothes on, let alone try to portray a flight attendant! But I would be willing to pretend to be something with my friends because I’m just goofy like that, but definitely not a flight attendant. I’m too young to go to jail.

In a recent interview, Danielle talked about her music:
The concept of doing a stripped down, live piano and vocal recording has been percolating inside of me since last summer, and finally giving it a voice through this creative expression has been a fulfilling experience. Each of these songs guided me through a radical initiation in my relationship with self-love and the concept of falling in love. The piece as a whole simply asks the questions who is holding your heart and how is it being taken care of?
