So last summer the character Nigel Thornberry from Nickelodeon’s “The Wild Thornberrys” exploded into popularity (especially due to his voice) as an internet meme. Now, he’s been steadily growing into an icon as fans edit his face over cartoons (often Disney films like “Beauty and the Beast”) and create hilarious .gif files on tumblr.
This could just be one of our favorite memes of all time! Smashing! Check out some of our favorites below.

After years of making games for franchises like “SpongeBob SquarePants,” “Kung Fu Panda,” “Scooby-Doo,” and Pixar’s “Cars,” video game developer THQ recently announced that it is pulling out of the children’s games market. THQ is expected to focus on intellectual property and next generation games as well as their strongest core adult titles like “Saints Row,” “Darksiders,” “UFC,” and “Metro.”
That’s sad news for children and adults alike who enjoy the family titles.
What do you think? Is this a smart move for THQ?
