Here is a brand new movie poster promoting DreamWorks Animation’s “Rise Of The Guardian’s.” The movie will arrive in theaters on November 21, 2012.
ComingSoon.net revealed the following plot for the movie:
“When an evil spirit called Pitch becomes bent upon taking over the world by inspiring fear in the hearts of kids everywhere, a group of our greatest heroes — Santa, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, the Sandman and Jack Frost — band together for the first time, determined to stand in Pitch’s way. More than a collection of storybook subjects, The Guardians are also a band of superheroes, who possess their own special powers. Now joined in opposition of a common foe, the Guardians heed the call and combine their powers to defeat Pitch and protect the world from his campaign of fear.”

DreamWorks Animation has just announced a new movie on the way called “Me & My Shadow.” The movie will arrive sometime in 2013 and is about a character named Stan who is a shadow. Stan will be voiced by Bill Hader and the character wants a more exciting life than being attached to the fearful human Stanley Grubb (Josh Gad). Because of this Stan takes control of Stanley – uh oh – and puts them both in a lot of danger, including running into a shadowy villain who wants to take over the human world!
Actress Kate Hudson will be voicing the love interest for Stan in the movie, who will be a human rather than a shadow.
According to reports the movie will have a mix of CG animation and traditional animation. We’ll keep you posted when we learn more!

On March 22, 2013 DreamWorks Animation will release a new movie called “The Croods.” Above is the first look we have at the characters in the movie. Here’s a description of “The Croods” from IMDB:
“A comedy adventure that takes us back to the beginning – to a previously undiscovered era known as the Croodacious – a time when Mother Nature was still experimenting and the flora and fauna we know today hasn’t evolved yet.”

D3Publisher and DreamWorks have reached a deal to develop video games based on the upcoming DreamWorks Animation movies “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted,” “Rise Of The Guardians,” and “The Croods.”
