Uh oh…A new video has surfaced and in the video you can see Justin Bieber allegedly slapping a concert security guard. It’s being reported that Justin handed the security guard a pair of sunglasses, and that rather than hold on to them the security guard passed them along to a fan. Justin reportedly saw what happened and slapped the security guard in the face.
