Amanda Bynes has plead not guilty to driving with a suspended license…yet she was pulled over and the cops filed reports during a time when it was public knowledge that a judge had ordered her license be suspended. So, how is she pleading not guilty?

No word yet how the court and a judge will react to Amanda’s plea. We’ll let you know when we find out!
