Amanda Bynes’ First Hit And Run Case Reopened
Amanda Bynes had gotten off the hook for her first alleged hit and run back in April, after her DUI, which happened shortly before the hit and run. However, now that Amanda has another hit and run on her record, the LA City Attorney is looking into her previous case again.
In the first case Amanda allegedly rear-ended a BMW, but fled the scene right away. The case was originally rejected by the LA City Attorney’s office because there were no independent witnesses besides the other driver.
If Amanda is found guilty of both of her hit and runs she could be sentenced to up to 6 months in jail for each. And that doesn’t even include the sentence she could receive for her DUI, for which she has pled not guilty.
Yikes! We’ll keep you posted.
