Amanda Bynes reportedly hit a car on August 4, 2012 and never exchanged insurance information with the other driver, instead driving away from the scene and not calling police to report the accident. LAPD’s Valley Traffic Division has turned the investigation over to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office who will now be investigating what happened.

It is unclear at this time if prosecutors will be pressing charges against Amanda, but with her already facing charges from her April 6, 2012 suspected DUI arrest and refusal to take a breathalyzer test, we can only imagine that the charges would be more severe if she is found guilty of the hit and run.
