We want to wish a very happy birthday to Big Time Rush member Carlos Pena! Carlos was born on August 15, 1989 and he turns 23-years-old today!

Carlos is celebrating his birthday on the road since he and his fellow BTR members are currently on their Big Time Summer Tour. However, the guys don’t have a show tonight, so Carlos does have some time to relax and enjoy his big day!
