Justin Bieber Is Being Sued By A Fan’s Mom Over Loud Concert

Justin Bieber is being sued by one of his fan’s mothers. The woman, Stacey Wilson Betts, claims that she suffered hearing problems after attending a Justin Bieber concert in 2010. Stacey is suing Justin, his label, the show promoters AND the venue for a whopping $9.2 million.

Here’s Stacey’s official legal statement:

[Justin Bieber] climbed into a heart shaped, aluminum/steel gondola and was pulled out over the crowd [creating a] wave like effect of screaming [and he] enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion. Due to the negligence of Justin Bieber [and the sound engineers who are] responsible to maintain safe decibels at all times during their events [the gondola acted as] a sound conductor.
