Victoria Justice is a huge fan of highlighter colors! She previously sported a bright yellow shirt and purse, and shared a picture with her fans of herself in the outfit and holding up a yellow highlighter! Now, Victoria shared a new picture of herself wearing a highlighter pink shirt, and holding up a pink highlighter!
