Alright, we’re not sure if it’s just the camera angle or something, but is it just us or does Ariana Grande’s brother Frankie Grande look a lot like Ryan Seacrest? The trio met up for a photo at the 2012 Wango Tango concert over the weekend, and with Frankie and Ryan side by side it’s hard to ignore their similarities.
