Uh oh…There’s a chance that former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes might lose her license for a year. Early last month Amanda was arrested for driving drunk, and now we know her official charges: refusal to take a chemical test (it’s illegal to refuse to take a blood or breathalyzer test in California).

If Amanda is convicted she’ll have to spend 48 hours in jail and she’ll lose her license for a year.

Amanda’s court date will be held in June. We’ll keep you posted with any new details!
