Justin Bieber was swarmed by his fans in New York City on August 27, 2012! The superstar was there to promote his new album “Believe,” which will debut on June 19, 2012.

Justin spent the day yesterday with his manager Scooter Braun and his mentor Usher picking out songs for the CD. Justin recorded over 40 tracks, so he had a lot of songs to cut before the final track list for the album could be made.
