No, unfortunately there’s still no release month and day for Nickelodeon’s “The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra,” but Nickelodeon’s own Twitter account has confirmed that the show will premiere in 2012! Fans have been contacting Nickelodeon for some time now wondering when the show would premiere, and yesterday, Nickelodeon gave a firm answer:

yay! This should be nice. Looks as though it’s going to be something different but not too different which is good, still should be of Avatar style. I hope that they can manage to make Korra better than the original since they said it was going to be shorter.
At least this time it’s a girl! The preview is amazing i cannot wait until it is released, it looks much better then the first, however, katara and aang will always be my favorite. Good job Nick and the creaters of Avatar ^ ^
