Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson of UK band One Direction are heading to the United States of America on February 1 to join Nickelodeon’s own Big Time Rush on their “Better With You” tour. The boys recently talked with the Daily Star about the upcoming tour and revealed some exciting news:
First, the band hopes to release their debut album “Up All Night” while in the country. Released in Europe in November, the album was a huge success and should do well overseas.
About Big Time Rush and America, Liam Payne explained:
We go on tour with an American band called Big Time Rush in February. They seem like great lads and we can’t wait. Mostly we can’t wait for hot weather to get a tan. We know America is tough so we want to work hard.
The private jet ride to the states will be an especially exciting one for Harry Styles, who turns 18 during the flight:
We are on a plane to the US on my birthday. That means we’ll be going back in time so I stay 17
