Queen Latifah Loved The Idea Of Working With Dolly Parton & Keke Palmer In “Joyful Noise”
The inspirational musical film “Joyful Noise” starring Queen Latifah, Dolly Parton, Jeremy Jordan, and Keke Palmer hits theaters January 13. In a recent interview with Eurweb, Queen explained her excitement in taking the role of Vi Rose Hill in the film:
I felt that its timely, uplifting story was perfect for me, given what’s going on in the world right now. And I already loved the studio, Alcon Entertainment. They’ve made a lot of nice movies in the past ['The Blind Side', 'Dolphin Tale', etc.], and they really do a great job of marketing their films. And I liked the idea of working with Dolly Parton and Keke Palmer.
Queen Latifah and Keke Palmer will also be working together on Blue Sky Studio’s “Ice Age: Continental Drift” as Ellie and her daughter Peaches respectively.
