According to TMZ, “Gigantic” star Ryan Rottman pleaded not guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol during his trial this week. Earlier this summer, Ryan was arrested for drunk driving after hanging out with friend Zac Efron at a Los Angeles bar. He jumped the curb in his car and failed a breathalyzer test – reaching a blood alcohol level of .19 (more than twice the legal limit in California). Ryan is set to return to court next month to continue the case.
Earlier this week, we reported that Ryan would be joining the cast of CW’s “90210.” Not sure how this DUI case will effect his role in the show.

And as a lesson, don’t drink and drive.
