Nickelodeon “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” Update

Here are some new details about “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” which will begin airing in 2012 on Nickelodeon. The show is based on the iconic franchise and each episode will be CG animated and run for a half hour. So far the TV channel has ordered 26 episodes of the show, which will be executive produced by Ciro Nieli, Joshua Sternin and Jeffrey Ventimilia.

In the first episode we will get to see the turtles emerge from their hidden lair in the sewers for the very first time! The show is set in New York City and there are a number of enemies the turtles will have to face!

The new version of the show is said to be funnier than ever before. We can’t wait to watch! What about you?
