The group Train will be performing at the 2011 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards. Here’s what Train frontman Pat Monahan had to say about the opportunity to perform at the KCAs this year:
What an incredible two years we’ve had with the great things ‘Hey, Soul Sister’ has done around the world! And now to be performing on the Kids’ Choice Awards AND to be up for favorite song?! Man, this is the best part of an amazing ride. Woohoo!

Pop star Cody Simpson posted the photo above of himself on his way to the Universal Pictures “Hop” movie premiere on March 27, 2011. Cody recorded a cover of the song “I Want Candy” to be used in the film, so of course it’s only fitting that he would be invited to the movie premiere!

In the video below you can hear Big Time Rush, from Nickelodeon, talking about their song “Boyfriend” and what it was like to work with Snoop Dogg on the song. Also, you’ll get to hear the guys perform an acoustic version of the song right on air! They’re really good!

Victoria Justice has gotten the lead role in a new movie from Paramount Pictures called “Fun Size.” The movie will be directed by Josh Schwartz, who will also be producing alongside Stephanie Savage with a script by Max Werner (“Colbert Report”).
“Fun Size” is a comedy about a sarcastic teenage girl who is forced to take her younger brother trick-or-treating on Halloween, but she ends up loosing him and has to find him before their mother finds out. The movie is set to film in Minnesota this Spring.

Nickelodeon is releasing “Go, Diego, Go!: Diego Saves The World” to DVD on April 12, 2011. The DVD will include 146 minutes of content. Here is the description from Amazon.com:
“Join Diego, his sister Alicia, and their friends all over the world as they race to the rescue of animals in trouble! Help them reach Antarctica to help some penguins! Save a Bengal Tiger in India and thirsty camels in Egypt! Dive under the sea to save a Humpback Whale, and swing through the Latin American rainforest to help a deer, a hawk, and even those silly Bobo Brothers (and their spider monkeys sisters too)!”
