Here is a behind the scenes video of Miranda Cosgrove’s music video for her song “Dancing Crazy.” The song is off of Miranda’s upcoming album “High Maintenance.” The new CD is set to arrive in stores on March 15, 2011.
Have you seen the Miranda Cosgrove “Dancing Crazy” Music Video? What do you think of the video? What about the song?

Yes, I, Ron, have seen the video. Before answering your other questions, however, I must say I love that photograph of Miranda Cosgrove. As I recall, “Despicable Me” was in London when it was taken. Thinking about things I said at that time brought to mind other memories. A favorite song, from long ago, written by Sharon Robinson, and performed with Leonard Cohen on his “Live In London” album. It is called “Boogie Street.”
I used to listen to that song all the time. Sharon’s voice is lovely. As is the voice of a different Sharon Robinson, Jackie Robinson’s daughter, which finds expression in books. Leonard Cohen refers to the former Sharon as the “incomparable Sharon Robinson.” An interesting choice of words. It made me wonder.
Because, as odd as it may seem, I love and adore Miranda Cosgrove. And comparison might seem, under such conditions, unavoidable.
I asked my wife, Miranda, who shares the same maiden name with Miranda Cosgrove, how I might proceed. She suggested I appear to use language however I desire, and smacked me. I like Miranda. My wife, that is, but also Miranda Cosgrove. Is not life fun?
Yes, it is. And I found the “Dancing Crazy” video delightful. In my mind, I think Miranda Cosgrove a woman capable of saying that which no one has yet said, according to Sharon’s song. And, even though “Dancing Crazy” was written by Avril Lavigne and Max Martin, Miranda Cosgrove has made it her own, and I am fascinated by her take on the song. The little puppy was so cute.
Joy to you, Rose.
