Just a few days before Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato announced that they were dating, Joe had been sending flirty messages to Victoria Justice on Twitter! So was Victoria upset over the new couple “Jemi”?

I met Joe a couple of times. Then, he tweeted me first and I saw he started following me on Twitter, and I was like ‘Oh cool. Maybe we can be friends.’ I didn’t know that they [Joe and Demi] were even anything like that. And then all of a sudden it was like everywhere! Honestly, I think it’s great – they’re perfect for each other. I wish them the best of luck! But I’m not gonna tweet him now that he has a girlfriend, that’s just weird!’
