Nickelodeon Movies "The Last Airbender" Official Movie Trailer

Nickelodeon has finally made it’s popular TV series Avatar: The Last Airbender into a theatrical movie titled “The Last Airbender” and it’s directed by one of the most creative directors in Hollywood M. Night Shyamalan who has directed such films as The Sixth Sense, Signs and even penned the script for the movie Stuart Little.

Synopsis of the “The Last Airbender”,

“Air, Water, Earth, Fire. Four nations tied by destiny when the Fire Nation launches a brutal war against the others. A century has passed with no hope in sight to change the path of this destruction. Caught between combat and courage, Aang (Noah Ringer) discovers he is the lone Avatar with the power to manipulate all four elements. Aang teams with Katara (Nicola Peltz), a Waterbender, and her brother, Sokka (Jackson Rathbone), to restore balance to their war-torn world. Based on the hugely successful Nickelodeon animated TV series, the live-action feature film “The Last Airbender” is the opening chapter in Aang’s struggle to survive.”

Miranda Cosgrove Slated To Star In "How Could You Do This to Me?"

This Movie is in the very early stages of development but according to IMDB and a few other sources online we were able to put together that iCarly star Miranda Cosgrove is on deck to star in the comedic role for the tentatively titled “How Could You Do This to Me?”, which from what were guessing would put poor Miranda in the comedic hot-seat that we know her so well from her time on iCarly and Drake and Josh. The movie was picked up by Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Films and is written by Andy Marx and Andrea King who have written for Disney and Universal in the past.

Here is a synopsis of the movie,

In the movie Miranda will play a teen who is actually happy about her parents divorce because she feels it has actually made her life better. As her parents start to rekindle their love for one another, Miranda has all she can do to break them up again.

Sounds Interesting to us, but we will have to see if it makes it to full production. What do you think of Miranda Cosgrove playing this kind of role?

Miranda Cosgrove Starring In "Despicable Me" Movie

Miranda Cosgrove is going to be starring in what is billed to be one of the funniest animated comedies of the summer along side “The Office” star Steve Carell and an a-list cast of stars including Kristen Wiig, Jason Segel, Will Arnett, Russell Brand and many more.

Here is the Universal Pictures Released Synopsis of the “Despicable Me”,

“In a happy suburban neighborhood surrounded by white picket fences with flowering rose bushes, sits a black house with a dead lawn. Unbeknownst to the neighbors, hidden beneath this home is a vast secret hideout. Surrounded by a small army of minions, we discover Gru (voiced by Steve Carell), planning the biggest heist in the history of the world. He is going to steal the moon. (Yes, the moon!)
